FAQ'S
What do I need to start using the Modules Bay x24?
The Modules Bay x24 connects to the On Board Computer System (OBCS) through the included cable to an OBCS port or a cable splitter if no ports are available. Modules are sold separately.
Can I turn on and off the module LEDs?
Yes, using the TOGA software, you can control the LEDs or use the customizable automatic LED flashing feature. Additionally, an SDK package is available to allow developers to achieve this and other functionalities.
Is it possible to embed the Modules Bay in my own frame?
Yes, simply unscrew the stand foot lobe knob on each side and remove the stand foot for easy embedding.
How are the buttons seen by the software?
Buttons or inputs are recognized as joystick buttons, customizable to user preferences. The simulation software maps these buttons to internal actions.
Can I use multiple Modules Bays?
Yes, up to five Modules Bay x24 units can be connected, recognized as independent devices without special actions required.
Can I use the Modules Bay x24 with other simulation software?
Yes, it can be used with any simulation software that exposes meaningful data. You can build your own interface software using the SDK package and NorAir Frame protocol.
